Spanish Omelette

Ingredients.


6 medium potatoes (500g.).

4 eggs.

Olive oil (300 cl.).

SaL.


How to cook.


1) Clean and peel the potatoes.

2) Cut them into thin slides or dice them.

3) Heat the olive oil in a deep frying pan (medium flame).

4) Add the potatoes to the frying pan, slowly, and fry them on a low flame. They were ready
when they are soft and golden.
5) Remove the chips from the frying pan to a plate with paper towels.

6) Add salt to the liking of you.

7) The eggs must be broken and whipped in a big and deep bowl.

8) When it is ready, add the potatoes and mix all together.
Settle during 10 minutes at least.

9) Taste the salt and add more if you want.

10) Cover the bottom of the frying pan with olive oil and heat it in medium flame. When the oil was hot, add the mix and fry it during two 3 minutes.

11) Cover the frying pan with a big and little bit deep plate, and turn round it.

12) Add oil to the frying span and heat it before add the omelette with the cooked side facing up.

13) Fry it during 3 minutes.

14) Remove it, your Spanish omelette it is ready.



Knacks and advices.

The pieces must be little to the potatoes could be fried mush better.

The Spanish Omelette will be better if you use fresh products.

When you turn round the omelette, do it with trust. Practice!!

When you are frying the mix, shake slowly the frying span like you are drawing little circunferences

You can eat it hot and cold. In the first case, add mayonnaise, and in the second one, try it with tomato sauce.
